Imbiss am Tower

About the restaurant

At the airfield Flugplatz Nordhorn-Lingen in Klausheide, between the districts north-east of the town, this takeaway with a terrace is located right next to the action on the field. People come here on a trip by bicycle or car, with children who want to watch the planes, or simply for a coffee and a slice of the daily changing cake. The atmosphere is that of an uncomplicated airfield takeaway: sitting outside, eating chips and köfte, watching the bustling activity on the apron. It is not the right place for an extensive dinner or fine dining — but definitely for a break with a view.
